Molecular System Development Corporation is a Seattle-based life sciences technology company building software and hardware tools for biotech R&D teams.
What we're building
Research teams generate enormous volumes of biological data — sequencing reads, instrument logs, experimental metadata — and spend a disproportionate amount of time wrangling that data rather than analyzing it. We're building the platform layer that makes this work disappear.
Our product combines a cloud-based genomic data management platform with connected lab hardware that captures experimental context automatically. The result is a unified system where data flows from instrument to analysis pipeline without manual intervention.
Our mission
Biology is becoming an information science. The tools that researchers use to manage and analyze data should be as capable as the instruments they use to generate it. We're building that infrastructure — robust, scalable, and designed specifically for the pace and precision of life sciences research.
